The Draft Environmental Impact Report (DEIR) for the proposed Land Use and Circulation Element (LUCE) update is now available for review. Please download the DEIR and the Technical Appendix by clicking on the following links:

Hard copies of the DEIR are available for review at any of the City’s public libraries, and at City Hall (Reception Desk, City Clerk, Planning Counter). Free Compact Discs (CDs) are available at the Planning Counter at City Hall. Hard copies are available for purchase.

As indicated in the Notice of Availability, a 45-day public review period is provided for all interested persons to submit written comments (letters or email) on the adequacy of the Draft EIR. The comment period began on Thursday, January 21, 2010 and will end at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, March 8, 2010.

Each comment along with a response will be included in the Final Environmental Impact Report.
